That is simply priceless…..we all get to see momma naked.
Yeah, nothing like having you body critiqued by young children….but mark my words, as they grow older they also start reaching the phase where they know that they have to suck up so mama is always beautiful.
Pop by The Cafe today, I ranted and developed an award….yours to grab, I’m not giving lest anyone feel judged, just offering 🙂

O.K. I was having a crazy, busy, kinda sad moring and you made me laugh out loud! Thanks for your great insight into motherhood! Love it!
Oh my gosh, stop being so funny. I look ridiculous sitting on the sofa cracking up all by myself. Or, I guess, I should hold your daughter accountable, since she said it. TOO FUNNY!
My son isn’t old enough for commentary yet (20 months). So this helps prepare me.
I am so with you on the delivery thing. No one prepares you for the lack of dignity you are going to experience. My cousin told me that by the time I delivered I wouldn’t care if they wheeled me into Times Square and had my high school reunion march by, and she was right. But I did mind all the special care the nurses give you after the fact. You know, monitoring your tinkling and such?
I used to be soooo modest. Sigh.
Oh, and breastfeeding? We had a LOT of trouble, so I counted at least a dozen nurses/lactation consultants who smooshed my boob at some point or another. Including my sister-in-law (a nurse). Not cool!
Must go on a diet immediately so that I can lose 50 pounds by the time my son is old enough to make pithy comments.

So, this post reminded me of a joke. Feel free to delete if you don’t feel it’s appropriate.
What did one saggy boob say to the other?
“We better perk up or people will think we’re nuts.”
