No Time

December 8, 2006 by Kathryn

I have a lot to write about in regards to our rodent problem, my car accident on the way to The Nutcracker, why I’m canceling every fun activity from my children’s lives to make them happier and the roofing project going on two inches from Magoo’s bedroom window.

However, I’m too busy cleaning vomit out of people’s eyes, scooping it out of car seats, rinsing out barf bowls and trying to buy a Lysol car bomb online.

I still wish a biohazard suit had come with THE BOOTS.

Oh, I feel your pain. Let’s hope your puke episodes come to a close very soon. That swept through our ward this week and my kids are just recovering. Puke cleanup is the WORST!

Fingers crossed that us mamas manage to avoid getting it too!

Yup. I just this past weekend learned that the projectile distance of barf is as least as far as the back seat to the dash board. And everwhere in between. God bless the makers of Febreeze.

Read your post over at Parenting, and it really isn’t fair that I just wanted to REPEAT everything you say approximately 100 times and just laugh outloud again and again, sitting alone in a computer lab at 5:30 on a Friday night. It’s not that I necessarily want to BE you (see also: I don’t like puke. Or cleaning it up.), but could I just come up with some of your great LINES every once in a while?? Is that too much to ask of the universe??

    Gosh…

Just between you and me and the blogosphere, I have been known to leave a barfed up booster seat by the side of the highway because there weren’t enough wipes nor a Lysol car bomb nor a biohazard suit at the ready. Barf is bad, car barf is the worst. Hope you are all feeling better soon and that your car will smell close to normal by this time next year. 🙂

Wait a darn minute. Did you say car accident? Was this different from the pukey kind of accident? As in a crash-em kind of thing? I hope all is well and you get the time to explain.
