I think you’ll enjoy this awesome talk on children and education if you have an interest in um…children or education.
Speaking of creativity, I have evidence of ballerina class. Please don’t look at these pictures unless you’re prepared to yorch from the cuteness. Please also bear in mind that these pictures were taken through a small dirty window using digital zoom, the window only made dirtier by my head pressed up against the glass. Thanks to the fabulous Kimbo for watching destructo-Magoo so I could enjoy the class.
Someone is so witty and fabulous on the phone that my family was late for our most recent class. Must not speak to Jeana on Ballerina day. Must not speak to Jeana on Ballerina day.

Aw!!! I love kids in ballet. The pictures look good, I am surprised to hear the conditions they were taken under. (PS- I just subscribed to your site, you’ll probably see me around more often now)
How cute! That looks so fun – my 2 year old daughter will definitely be doing something similar when she’s bigger. Can’t wait!
No thanks required; I’ll be here all week.

Oh the cuteness of the little bums in those leotards!

i adore her haircut! she’s totally cute.
I love her haircut! Adorable.
I almost did not look at the pictures (not wanting to yorch), but I’m so glad I did. That was ADORABLE! I love the pictures of her listening so intently to the directions. How seriously she seems to be taking this new adventure. I hope she listens seriously and then dances with wild abandon. Oh, the joy of childhood!
I remember when my daughter took ballet too. It’s so refreshing to watch them dance with unabandoned joy!
Yeah, don’t talk with Jeana. She’ll get you in trouble one way or another…

I found the talk on children’s education, well educating. I agree with quite a bit he discusses, and hope that I am not squashing the creativity out of my kids for societies need to conform.
As for those pictures, priceless! She will always remember her ballarina days with supreme fondness. Some of my most vivid memories are of tap dance class when I was 6.
Love it! Reminds me of my ballet days when my Dad would motion ot me through the window and I would roll my eyes at him.
I love the photo of her at the bar. So sweet.
She’s getting so big!
oh the cuteness. yuo’ve sent me on a trip down memory lane – back to my own daughter’s first dance classes. couldn’t help the mommy grin on my face!
I love you and your little ones. Thanks for the great pix.
I can’t wait until my baby girl is old enough for ballet! what a cutie!!
wha?! No pretty pink tutu? I may just have to whip one up for her!
I gave my daughter the choice of tae kwon do or ballet and though the thought of sparring her way past two brothers was tempting she just couldn’t pass up the pink tutu thing. She asked if she could do tae kwon do WITH a leotard but I wasn’t going for it. Nice blog I’ll be back.
Wow–GREAT link on children and education. Thanks so much for posting it!
LOVED the talk. Thanks.
Dh and I are both homeschooling enthusiasts, for a lot of the reasons Sir Whasshisname mentions. 😉
Very cute. It looks like they are having so much fun.
Ballet seems so fun! Our daughter is in cheerleadig and it’s her first year with it and she is having SO MUCH FUN! You can read all about that at my blog…this is my first time at your blog…nice little space you have here!
